Meter Reading and Billing Cycle
SURSECO II implements the Read & Bill System, where every account follows the same monthly cycle for meter reading, payment, and — if needed — disconnection and reconnection.
Reading of kWh Meter
Meter reading starts every 26th of the month until the 2nd day of the following month.
Due Date
Payment is due 8 days after the meter reading.
Disconnection
Disconnection is made 48 hours after the due date, including a 2-day grace period.
Reconnection
Service is reconnected promptly once payment is received.
